This company completely failed to deliver my order properly and then refused to take responsibility. My package was not delivered to my address as promised and I had to waste time going door to door asking neighbours if they had received it. I never signed for it and it was left with the wrong person.

Instead of acknowledging their mistake customer service kept hiding behind a return policy and tried to shift all the burden back onto me. They ignored the fact that the order was delayed and mishandled and their responses were dismissive and misleading.

A company that cannot even handle basic delivery correctly and then refuses to make things right has no respect for customers. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I will never order again and would strongly warn others to avoid this brand.
