Ace XS Duotone

I purchased an Ace XS Rosefield Watch years ago and I loved that watch, however the new ACE XS watch I ordered has a different strap. The extra links in the strap cannot be removed so the strap is essentially doubled over on my wrist making it uncomfortable to wear. The new clasp is also difficult to use and not the same quality as my previous watch.
I have contacted customer care to discuss and the response was
"I completely understand how frustrating it can be to have extra length on your strap.
Unfortunately, the links are not removable, and attempting to remove them could cause damage".
I have been informed I can no longer purchase the same strap as my original rosefield watch.
I'm so disappointed in the drop in quality of the watch strap.

Poor quality and one month later I am still awaiting a refund for the watch I returned

It’s such a beautiful and affordable day to day watch, that suits all occasions and outfits.
Very pleased with it.
I only had trouble removing parts to adjust to my wrist. The device broke and they couldn’t send me a new one, so I had to improvise.
