Silver-Gold Strap

I have yet to receive my strap. This is the second strap I’ve ordered and the first one couldn’t be exchanged! To get a refund you have to ship it back and then order a completely different strap. Shipping is over $140 because it goes back to the Netherlands, so you get stuck with the strap you only paid $30-$75 for unless you want to pay $140, never see it again, and only get your $30 refund 😅. It’s literally a joke. Not sure what happened to Rosefield - I’ve ordered from them for years and their products are incredible, but this is definitely the worst experience and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ps: I’m STILL without this strap I’m leaving a review on 😅 It’s lost somewhere in Memphis TN!
