3 stone bracelet

Honestly, it is not what i expected. I am disappointed with my purchase 😊, cant merely see the stone. I love Rosefield brand. Ive purchsed several watches and very pleased with my purchase, but this one is a no.

Great product, terrible customer service

I ordered a birthstone bracelet and realized 10 minutes after placing the order that I chose the wrong stone. My mistake of course, but I emailed right away to see if they can cancel / edit. By the time they replied a day or so later, it was already processed so nothing they could do. I had then ordered the correct one and paid for expedited shipping so it would still come in time for my mom's birthday. UPS then informed me the shipment was delayed. I spent several days writing back and forth with customers service to see if I coud get a (partial) refund for the second bracelet that was late, but they refused.

Too bad, since the bracelet is really nice! I was hoping they would do something to rectify the ordering mess, but no.
