Octagon XS Emerald

I tried to cancel my order 30 min after I placed it. I saw that many people were saying the watch didn’t match the advertisement. I contacted them on all 3 media outlets and didn’t get a response before they shipped the watch. They responded after and said “sorry we can’t do anything about it now”. Not sure how you could engrave a watch and send it before looking at my inquiry. This is a scam, they sell you cheap things for a high price.

I ordered a watch from rosefield. I quickly realized that I didn’t want the watch I ordered. I contacted them (on all 3 media outlets) trying to cancel my order within 30 min of ordering. They ignored all my messages and sent the watch anyway. They claimed that “it already shipped” and that I am unable to receive my money back. I’m out $160, for a watch I don’t even want.

It is so dainty and beautiful. The green is just stunning and the quality is great!
